    Brad Garlinghouse

    Brad is the CEO of Ripple and a member of the Board of Directors. Prior to Ripple, Brad served as the CEO of file collaboration service Hightail. From 2009 to 2012 he was President of Consumer Applications at AOL and prior to that he held various executive positions at Yahoo! from 2003 to 2009, including Senior Vice President. Earlier in his career, Brad helped to pioneer the VoIP industry as CEO of Dialpad Communications. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of OutMatch and has held board positions at Ancestry.com and Tonic Health.

  • Ripple Leader - David Schwartz

    David Schwartz

    David Schwartz is Chief Technology Officer at Ripple. David is one of the original architects of the XRP Ledger. Prior to joining Ripple, David Schwartz was Chief Technical Officer for WebMaster Incorporated, a Santa Clara software developer. He developed encrypted cloud storage and enterprise messaging systems for organizations like CNN and the National Security Agency (NSA). Known as “JoelKatz,” he is a respected voice in the digital currency community.

    Kristina Campbell

    Kristina Campbell is Chief Financial Officer at Ripple. She has over 20 years of experience in finance operations and business strategy with a focus on fintech and payments. Previously, she was CFO at PayNearMe, where both the business and team grew substantially under her leadership. She also held several roles at GreenDot, a now $2.5B public fintech company, including General Manager of GoBank. Before this, Kristina was a Manager at management consulting firm Bain & Company and an investment banker at Citigroup.

    Monica Long

    Monica Long is the GM of RippleX where she leads the team providing infrastructure, tools, services, programs and support for creation on the XRP Ledger to enable the Internet of Value. Most recently, Monica served as SVP of Marketing, having joined Ripple in 2013 as the company's first marketing/communications hire. Throughout her career, she’s helped technology companies drive fundamental change in the financial services industry and was recognized among the Bay Area's Most Influential Women in Business in 2020. She also supports the Women at Ripple Employee Resource Group as its Executive Sponsor. Before joining Ripple, Monica worked in corporate communications at Intuit. Prior to that, she supported startup clients in various B2B and B2C sectors, with several in fintech, including Prosper.

  • Ripple Leader - Asheesh Birla

    Asheesh Birla

    Asheesh is the GM of RippleNet at Ripple, which he first joined in 2013 to lead the development of its product suite. Asheesh is an industry expert on blockchain and a frequent contributor, speaker, and advisor on blockchain and cryptocurrency. Asheesh started his career as an entrepreneur over 15 years ago in Silicon Valley, where he founded a content management company that he later sold to Thomson Reuters, becoming its VP of Global Technology in 2005. After leaving Thomson Reuters in 2010, he advised and led product design at a number of startups in Silicon Valley. Asheesh was featured in Fortune Magazine's The Ledger 40 under 40 in 2018.

    Eric van Miltenburg

    Eric van Miltenburg is the Chief Business Officer at Ripple. He has 20 years of leadership experience in business development, strategic planning, business operations and corporate development. Prior to joining Ripple, Eric held senior positions with high-growth start-ups and Fortune 500 companies including Adobe, Yahoo!, Hightail, RedSwoosh, Work.com and Excite@Home.com. He is known for his extensive experience in solving complex business problems and executing strategies that help technology companies systematically accelerate growth.

    Kiersten Hollars

    Kiersten Hollars is the SVP of People, Places & Communications at Ripple. Prior to joining Ripple, Kiersten was a partner at The Hatch Agency, where she spent three years working with Ripple to help build and grow the communications program. She also led agency teams for companies like Ancestry, Dropbox and Stitch Fix. In 2012, Kiersten served as a partner at Andreessen Horowitz, counseling the firm’s portfolio companies on their marketing programs. Before this, Kiersten led award-winning media campaigns, events, and employee and crisis communications for Silicon Valley tech companies like Hightail, AOL, Yahoo!, Oracle and Salesforce.

    Devraj Varadhan

    Devraj Varadhan is the SVP of Engineering at Ripple. Prior to Ripple, Devraj served in a variety of executive roles at Amazon for 15 years where he was successful in building customer experiences and products across a variety of categories for hundreds of millions of customers around the world. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Delivery Experience where he was responsible for inventing and building delivery experiences that improve customers' lives on a global scale.

    Eric Jeck

    Eric Jeck is the SVP of Corporate Development at Ripple. He has been working with rapid growth, high-tech companies as a founder, operator and investor for 25 years. Eric recently served as Chief Strategy Officer of Indigo Ag and Executive Chairman of Outmatch. Previously, he was a Managing Director at Trident Capital and Wand Partners and CEO of Perfect Escapes and The Intagio Group. He began his career in mergers and acquisitions at Wasserstein Perella & Co. Eric has led dozens of acquisitions and investments and raised billions of equity and debt. He received a B.S. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A from the Graduate School of Business at Harvard University.

    Stuart Alderoty

    Stuart Alderoty is General Counsel at Ripple. Stuart brings more than 30 years of legal experience to the role with expertise in financial services and regulatory affairs. He’s been General Counsel and part of the executive leadership teams at CIT Group and HSBC North America Holdings. Stuart also was Managing Counsel at American Express where he served on the leadership team of the President and CEO of American Express’ Consumer Card Business. Stuart began his career in private practice and was a partner with the international law firm of LeBouef, Lamb, Greene and MacRae where he specialized in litigation.
